2019年12月13日 assault and battery near Walmart

On December 13, 2019, I was victim of an assault and battery near Walmart.

The Police would later put pressure on me and my wife not to talk about this case on social media.

I didn’t receive a notice of filing (立案通知书).

I didn’t receive a notice of non-filling (不予立案通知书).

I didn’t receive a receipt of case (受案回执) (for administrative cases only).
